The Role
* Manage inbound enquiries from homeowners
* Conduct phone-based discovery calls and online presentations
* Build value and guide customers through the buying process
* Handle objections and close sales confidently
* Maintain pipeline activity and follow-up through CRM
* Work closely with operations to ensure smooth customer outcomes
Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for order takers.
We want confident salespeople who:
* know how to close,
* thrive in fast-paced environments,
* and take ownership of results.
Ideal experience:
* Phone-based sales
* High-ticket sales
* Solar, finance, property, vehicles or in-home sales
* CRM and pipeline management
* Solar experience is helpful, but closing ability matters more.
