Senior Product Owner – Consumer – Sydney About the role
* Define and lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends, and providing clear direction for long‐term development.
* Lead customer, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and inform the development of new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
* Develop, own, and maintain the product roadmap, including feature prioritisation, sequencing, delivery timelines, and strategic priorities, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.
* Manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value, customer desirability, technical feasibility, operational readiness, regulatory considerations, and cross‐team dependencies.
* Lead cross‐functional teams and partner engagement to deliver product initiatives, ensure consistent product messaging and go‐to‐market alignment, and continuously improve product performance and customer experience using data, feedback, and Agile practices.
About you
* Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner (or similar), with a strong track record in delivering successful product strategies and outcomes aligned to business objectives.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop long‐term product or marketing strategies and build compelling business cases for new or enhanced features.
* Expertise in Agile methodologies and product delivery, with experience managing development processes, setting product direction, and working within multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interpret data and insights, influence across all levels, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
