Family Dispute Resolution Specialist
This is a dynamic opportunity for experienced Family Dispute Resolution practitioners to work with a reputable organization providing family mediation services.
About the Role
You will be part of a skilled team providing conflict resolution, parent education and a framework for negotiation in disputes over parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans.
* Provide conflict resolution, parent education and a framework for negotiation
* Undertake assessments and mediation as well as group work (as required)
* Offer information, support and referrals to match presenting needs to relevant services and programs
The successful candidate must have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution and accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General's Department.
About You
* Degree qualified in social sciences (psychology, social work), law or dispute resolution and Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution
* Accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General's Department
* Experience or training in property mediation or willingness to undertake training (desirable)
