The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership in senior operations, finance, or CFO-equivalent roles, with relevant tertiary qualifications, such as CA or CPA qualified or equivalent.
We value expertise in financial policy, legal requirements, and procedures, as well as experience in governance oversight, contract management, risk assessment, and enterprise-wide technology integration.
Responsibilities:
* Drive financial strategy and long-term planning, aligning with the organization's mission and objectives.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Provide leadership in people management, organizational culture, and stakeholder engagement.
* Foster partnerships with Development and Marketing teams to grow revenue and strengthen commercial relationships.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated executive leadership experience in senior operations, finance, or CFO-equivalent roles.
