What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects (urban development, roads, drainage)
* Act as (or work towards becoming) an RPEQ signatory
* Manage project scope, budgets, and client expectations
* Mentor and support junior engineers
* Build relationships with councils, TMR, and private clients
* Contribute to business development and repeat work
* Support continuous improvement of technical standards and systems
About You
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* RPEQ (or eligible and willing to obtain)
* 8–10 years’ experience in civil consulting
* Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects within Australia (QLD experience highly regarded)
* Familiarity with Austroads, TMR, and local council standards
* Strong client‑facing and communication skills
* Ability to manage projects and mentor engineers
* Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
* C Class Driver’s Licence
