As the Personal Assistant in this company, you will play an integral role in the organization of the business and will assist in sales support duties in the team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide general administrative support to Director and, on occasion, Senior team members
- Assist with diary management and travel coordination
- Draft correspondence and documentation to be approved by management for submission to clients
- Assist with writing and amending contracts and documentation
- Booking and confirming client meetings
- Billing and invoicing on behalf of the Director
- General administrative duties as required
About you:
- Previous experience in an EA/PA in a professional services environment
- Experience within the accounting or financial services industry is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent computer and typing aptitude
- Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook)
