Qualifications & Experience
Diploma level of education in Telecommunication / Electronics IT or equivalent or
'A' level standard of education in IT or relevant field OR
Associate Level Professional qualification with Huawei, CISCO, Microsoft or equivalent
Computer knowledge (Word Processing and Spreadsheet)
Knowledge of and experience Cerillion CRM platform.
Pleasant and outgoing personality and ability to influence others
Ability to manage people
Ability to dialogue and discuss telecommunications service with customers at any level
Knowledge of circuit testing
Confidential
Honest and trustworthy
Flexible and willing to work outside normal working hours
Supervisory Skills
CISCO CCNA Certification
Knowledge on the TR69 / MetaView / NCE / HLR managed platform.
