Spanian's Kebabs is looking for a culinary leader to oversee operations, drive consistency, and deliver high-quality food to our customers. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and teamwork.
- Prepare and cook signature kebabs, sides, sauces, and seasonal menu items.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards in line with HACCP regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and optimise cost.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and specials.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchenhandin fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Passion for high-quality food, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in fast food or hospitality is highly regarded.
