Podiatrist
| BlueCare | Gold Coast Employment Status: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week) Location: Gold Coast Region Remuneration: $42.15 – $59.04 per hour (dependent on experience) + Super + Salary Packaging + Travel/Kilometre Reimbursement + Employee Benefits About the Role
You will work with our established multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred podiatry care for community‑based adults and aged clients. The role includes clinic visits, home visits as required, and managing a caseload of community clients. Responsibilities
Provide podiatry assessment and treatment in a person‑centred manner Maintain and encourage client independence, considering physical and social wellbeing Collaborate with MDT to deliver high‑quality care and coordinate referrals to other BlueCare services Manage a personal caseload with realistic productivity targets Work within a structured supervision framework from senior podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants Deliver care in clinic‑based settings and perform community home visits as required Document clinical care accurately and timely using digital systems Qualifications & Requirements
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential) Access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle (minimum Third‑Party Property) (essential) Current AHPRA registration with unlimited work rights (essential) Strong clinical capability in podiatry assessment and treatment for community‑based, aged care, disability and health & wellbeing clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients, carers and colleagues Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment Effective time management and prioritisation skills Ability to identify additional client needs and coordinate appropriate referrals Confidence in meeting all required probity and compliance checks Commitment to working within BlueCare and Uniting Church of Australia philosophy, policies and procedures Benefits
