About the Role
These new roles sit within a broader regional HR structure supporting approximately 1,500 employees across both operations.
* Provide operational HR support and guidance to leaders across workforce matters and HR processes
* Support investigations, interviews, procedural processes and case coordination activities
* Assist with coaching, performance management and employee relations matters
* Prepare HR documentation including letters, investigation documentation and workforce records
* Support workforce coordination and workforce data integrity activities across HR systems
* Assist with onboarding, workforce movement and change of conditions processes
* Support workflow automation, digital process rollout and broader operational improvement initiatives
* Maintain strong collaboration and handover practices across the broader HR team structure
* Build effective working relationships with frontline leaders and operational stakeholders
These roles are full‐time 12‐month positions with the potential for long term. Applications for this role will close at midnight on Thursday 11June.
About You
* Previous operational HR experience within mining, construction, heavy industry or similar environments
* Exposure to investigations, employee relations or workforce management activities
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced operational environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confidence working with operational leaders and frontline workforces
* Resilience, sound judgement and a practical approach to problem solving
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to support broader team outcome
