About The Role
Canterbury Hospital is committed to providing high‐quality healthcare services to our local community, focused on patient and family‐centred care.
To provide executive administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Service and the Hospital's Executive Unit, delivering secretarial, administrative, and clerical services in an efficient, professional and timely manner. The role requires knowledge of office systems and procedures, a high standard of documentation preparation using Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate
* High level written communication skills with the ability to prepare briefing notes and correspondence for the GM Unit.
* Demonstrated competency in the use of computer systems and software including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and electronic corporate records management system such as TRIM.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and providing executive and administrative support functions to the highest professional standards.
