World Gym is currently seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and passionate individuals with a strong interest in sales to join their team in Bunbury & Australind.
As a Membership Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for promoting health, fitness, and healthy lifestyle goals, while also working collaboratively within the team to achieve KPIs and broader business objectives.

Core Objectives & Key Responsibilities
* Effectively promoting our purpose and signing the member onto a membership.
* Onboarding new clients.
* Promoting health, fitness, and nutrition goals to clients.
* Conduct tours of the gym and facilities to new and potential clients.
* Drive self-generation of leads through various strategies and techniques.
* Represent the organisation in a professional and positive manner during community interactions.
* Achievement of sales target and client growth and retention target.
* Expand relationships and increase engagement with clients.
* Develop and manage client relationships with a focus on excellent service and business growth.
* Educate clients on the Company's facilities and resources.
* Help clients strengthen their strategy-development processes and assist clients with solutions to health issues or design a whole new approach to strategic management and planning of health living.
* Generate new leads, book appointments and acquire new sales.
What you need to be successful
* Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner.
* A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition.
* Proven track record with exceeding sales targets.
* Minimum 6-12 months of sales experience is required.
* A passion for health and fitness.
* An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI's and goals.
* Industry knowledge (preferable).
* Fitness industry experience is preferred but not required.
* Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic.
* Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals.
* Experience in Microsoft Office.
* Base salary, monthly commission based on performance, plus super.
