By joining Tranzformd, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across our PMO and transformation delivery capability. The primary focus of this role is talent acquisition and candidate management across PMO‑related roles, while also supporting hiring quality assurance, workforce coordination and onboarding administration activities across the business.
What You'll Do
* Lead talent acquisition activities across PMO, transformation and delivery‑related roles
* Source, screen and coordinate candidates across active client and internal hiring requirements
* Conduct candidate quality assurance checks to ensure alignment to client requirements, role expectations and internal hiring standards
* Support sourcing teams with candidate review, feedback and hiring coordination activitiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines aligned to upcoming project demand and workforce requirements
* Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Support onboarding and offboarding administration activities for employees and contractors
* Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records and workforce data
* Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to support resource planning and hiring outcomes
* Contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment and people operations processes
About You
* Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or workforce coordination
* Professional Services or Consulting Industry Background Highly Desirable
* Strong sourcing and candidate management capability
* Experience recruiting across PMO, project delivery, transformation or consulting‑related roles highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate suitability against role requirements
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Positive, proactive and team‑oriented mindset
