Sales Consultant – New Homes & Granny Flats, located in Port Kennedy, WA, for Prestige Homes & Granny Flats.
Commission‐only role with unlimited earning potential. Attractive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert new sales leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing activities.
* Meet with clients to understand their building goals and budgets.
* Provide expert guidance throughout the design and building process.
* Prepare and present building proposals and quotations.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
* Work closely with our internal team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in sales, preferably within the residential building or construction industry.
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Highly motivated, self‐driven, and goal‐oriented attitude.
* Excellent negotiation and problem‐solving abilities.
* Professional presentation and customer‐focused approach.
* Knowledge of new home builds, granny flats, and local building trends is highly regarded.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Must hold or be willing to operate under an ABN/ACN.
