The Fruit Shed is home to the freshest fruit and veg., a range of specialist and gourmet foods, fresh bread, flowers and many more. We stock lots of local, national and international brands. We are currently seeking a Full-time Produce team member (potentially part of management) to join our hard-working and dedicated team. Experience is necessary.
About this role
* Providing Customer Service
* Store set up; merchandising; fruit displays; packing and wrapping of fruit and veg.
To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Must be physically fit, as the role requires you to be able to lift, carry, display and store produce.
* Valuable eye for detail and great knowledge of fresh produce, seasons and products.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Reliable and hard working.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Superior customer service skills.
* Forklift license desirable.
