* Host visiting producers and create meaningful connections.
* Stay across industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Hit sales targets, manage your territory and handle client administration.
Who You Are
* Deep interest in fine food and the hospitality industry.
* Experience in B2B hospitality sales/account management or substantial hands-on experience in restaurants, kitchens or front-of-house and ready to step into sales.
* Organised, commercially minded and strong with relationships.
* Excellent communicator and collaborative team member.
* Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
