We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to be the backbone of our Albury project office. You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of the office run smoothly, supporting a dynamic team delivering one of Australia's most significant rail infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Albury project office, including facilities, supplies, and equipment
* Provide high-level administrative support to the project leadership team
* Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules for project staff
* Assist with onboarding of new project personnel, including inductions and compliance documentation
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders as required
* Support the management of site rosters, timesheets, and attendance records
* Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well‐organised office environment
About You
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Administrator, or similar role—ideally within construction, civil, or infrastructure
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast‐paced project environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills— you'll be the go‐to person for the whole team
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* A positive, can‐do attitude and commitment to supporting a high‐performing team
