Talent Acquisition Specialist - Uniting Senior Services Directorate (Aged Care) – Tamworth
Tamworth location • Casual with a view to Part‑time
Responsibilities
- As a Care Worker in Hotel Services, you’ll support independence, dignity and comfort by providing essential services such as catering, cleaning and laundry, helping to create a positive and enriching daily experience for residents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification (Preferred, not mandatory)
- Food Safety Certificate (Highly Desirable)
- Hands-on experience in hospitality or food services – catering, cooking or kitchenhand roles (Highly desirable)
- Knowledge of secure food handling practices and a passion for preparing quality, nutritious meals
- Previous experience in community care or aged care is a bonus
- Empathetic, adaptable and resourceful, with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Willingness to work in line with Uniting’s core values of compassion, respect, boldness and creativity
