Colliers is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our growing Ballarat team. This is a key role, offering the opportunity to lead an established Victorian initiative across the sales, listing, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties throughout the Ballarat region.

What you can expect
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
* Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finishConducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
* Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
* Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
Qualifications
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
* You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
