Role Summary
Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational and system change initiatives associated with a large-scale HRIS transformation, with a strong preference for Workday implementation or optimisation experience. This role will be responsible for driving adoption, minimising resistance, and ensuring successful business outcomes across stakeholders, HR teams, and the wider organisation.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Change Manager on HRIS transformation programs
* Hands-on experience with Workday implementations, upgrades, or enhancements (highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
* Experience working across HR, Talent Acquisition and people systems transformations
* Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in large, complex or matrixed organisations
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
* Familiarity with training design and delivery for system implementations
