We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven, and passionate Coordinator of Supports. You will be responsible for providing professional and accountable coordination of services to assist the participant in achieving their goals.

This role is Part Time 30 hours per week and offers flexible working hours and working arrangements.

The primary focus:

* Understand and use the NDIS plan to pursue goals.
* Connect with NDIS support providers, community representatives, and other services needed.
* Build confidence and skills to use and coordinate supports.
* Understand and keep track of the NDIS plan budget.
* Understand and respect the rights of participants.
* Adjust communication style to suit the participant to build trusted relationships.
* Work collaboratively with all providers and support networks.
* Understand the needs, wants and goals of the participant in detail to build capacity.
* Tertiary qualification in health or welfare field and/or relevant experience.
* Demonstrated experience in the delivery of services to people with a disability.
* Detailed understanding of NDIS planning and process, rules, and reporting requirements.
* Established coordination and problem‐solving skills to address any barriers.

The successful applicant will possess or be willing to obtain the following: NSW Driver's Licence, NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, first aid & CPR certificate and undertake a pre-employment functional medical.
