**About the role**:
Reporting to the Care Manager, the Administration Officer coordinates the day-to-day operations of a NDIS Provider's Residential business.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Managing tasks in an effective and efficient way, always maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of office supplies and services.
- General Administration tasks including, but not limited to, maintain office supplies/ services, staff amenities, expense management, maintaining files and other reception/administration tasks as required.
- Welcoming, greeting and directing clients and visitors appropriately upon their arrival and notifying the relevant personnel.
- Schedule Management - maintain calendars and scheduling appointments as required, ensuring members and clients are prepared with appropriate information such as context, travel times, etc.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring processes are clear and concise.
- Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction is of utmost importance.
- Organising internal functions/events
- Maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring they are fully completed
- Facilitate the setup of new houses, ensuring suitability for participant needs
- Reception duties as required
- Purchasing of grocery items as required
- Carry out spot checks of accommodation houses
- Other duties as required by your line manager
**To be considered for this role**:
- 2 or more years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge OR exposure to Disability, Nursing, Healthcare & Allied Health industry
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities
- Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to travel
- Current Full Drivers' licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
