Position Overview
We're looking for a results-driven
B2B Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth within the food service and distribution sectors.
As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for expanding BakingCorp's market presence by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with existing wholesale and distribution customers.
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the hospitality, retail, and food service sectors.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand product needs, forecast demand, and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams — including production, logistics, and customer service — to ensure seamless fulfillment.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
About You
Proven experience in
B2B sales
, ideally within the
food manufacturing, bakery, or FMCG
sector.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
