As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding service. You support customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
* Stay up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate closely with team members to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals.
