Join a well established and well backed Perth builder delivering one of the city’s most high profile residential developments. $100 million project consists of two 13-storey towers with a shared podium and basement, and is now in facade and early fit‑out stages. With 12 months remaining until practical completion, we’re seeking a Site Supervisor to take on the project and help drive it across the finish line.

The Role
- Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and support subcontractor coordination
- Ensure works are completed safely, to quality standards, and in line with the project schedule
- Report progress and site issues to the Site Manager and Project Manager
- Assist with sequencing of trades, material deliveries, and general site logistics
- Monitor site compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Support the project team to achieve a smooth and high‑quality handover
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand on multi‑storey or large‑scale projects
- Background in high‑rise residential or commercial construction
- Trade qualification or relevant construction supervision experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Positive understanding of WA building codes, standards, and safety practices
