About the Role
The Project / Contract Administrator will play a key support role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects.
This position offers practical, hands-on experience in project management while building skills in communication, scheduling, quality assurance, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) compliance.

Key Responsibilities
· Support coordination between clients, subcontractors, site teams, and management.
· Help monitor progress to ensure project delivery meets scope, time, and quality objectives.
· Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
· Assist in developing programs, timelines, and schedules.
· Assist in subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
· Provide updates and support to project team and director.
Qualifications & Experience
· Studying or recently graduated with a qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar.
· Knowledge &/or desire in building and construction.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to project management software is desirable.
· General Construction Induction (White Card).
· Silica Exposure Prevention / Awareness.
· Asbestos Awareness
· Current drivers licence.
· Ability to interpret technical engineering specifications and drawings.
