Responsibilities
Lead change management strategies and plans that deliver lasting adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Partner with senior stakeholders to create alignment and engagement across the business.
Facilitate workshops, training, and feedback sessions that bring people along the journey.
Develop compelling communications to inspire and inform.
Monitor adoption, measure success, and continuously refine the approach.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in consulting or complex transformation environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills—you build trust quickly and keep it.
Understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
