Were looking for friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Warrnambool. If you love helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the role for you. This role would be 4 days a week (8hrs a day - 8.30am to 5pm, half an hour lunch)
Responsibilities
* Be the welcoming face of GMHBA, delivering positive and memorable experiences for our members.
* Support members by helping them understand and access GMHBAs health and wellbeing products and services.
* Enjoy a supportive, people-first team culture that values learning, growth, and community impact.
* Experience variety in your work, including participation in a Saturday roster as required.
What Were Looking For
* Experience in customer service or a team-based environment.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
* Attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple tasks.
Extra Points (Nice to Have)
* Retail or PHI/regulated industry experience.
* Sales experience with the ability to meet targets.
