We are seeking a highly passionate and driven HR Systems Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of people systems, initiatives, and policies.
The role involves coordinating and facilitating employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, setting up payroll profiles, processing contract changes, and actioning employee terminations and offboarding.
Data maintenance and reporting through maintaining data integrity, generating dashboards and reports (including Power BI), and support data-driven decision-making.
Provide administrative assistance to the broader team, contributing to various projects.
Assist with preparing people & capability reports and audits to support compliance.
Partner with the global systems team to promptly identify, resolve, and troubleshoot HRIS system errors, ensuring seamless operations.
* Key Skills
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, IT, Systems, Project Management, or a relevant field.
* Proven experience in HR systems support with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central essential).
* Previous experience in an administration or HR support role.
* Strong organisational, administrative and coordination skills along with excellent attention to detail.
* Permanent work rights in Australia.
* Current C class Manual Driver's License.
* The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
