Rehabilitation Specialist
You will be part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team who are knowledgeable, collaborative, supportive & fun.
This role involves providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Case management
* Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
* Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes
Innovative Services:
Delivering some of IPAR's innovative services, including our pain education Re-thinking Recovery program, which centres around using virtual reality and modern pain science to help people understand pain and re-train their brain and body.
