Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional and people leader to join our Strata team at Marsh in Sydney. This hybrid role offers three days in the office and two days from home.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain constant connectivity with key Strata clients
* Manage workflow approvals, development plans and technical oversight
* Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to a team of 4 Senior/Account Executives
* Roll out claims and strata training to Strata Managers and respond to their technical insurance questions
* Continue to grow the book of business
* Maintain strong technical insurance knowledge across Public Liability, Fidelity Guarantee, Building Damage, and Office Bearers Liability
Qualifications
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
* Prior broking or underwriting experience within Strata or Property insurance
* Strong knowledge of General & Financial Lines products
* Genuine interest in mentoring junior brokers
* Ability to balance operational leadership with client oversight
