Administration Officer – Recovre

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Public Sector (Recovre) team in Melbourne, VIC on a full‐time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Service – External Customers:
o Develop and grow strong relationships with external customers.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team through process and efficiency enhancements.
o Understand Recovre's range of services to support the business effectively.
* Customer Service – Internal Customers / Support to Consultants and Managers:
o Assist consultants and managers in delivering excellent service to customers and generating repeat business.
o Identify and communicate opportunities to improve customer service.
* File and Document Management:
o Assist with consultant case activities such as funding requests where appropriate.
o Ensure efficient document management including file creation, storage, archiving, and retrieval.
o Produce relevant documentation through typing and word processing as requested.
* General Office Administration:
o Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and support staff productivity.
o Manage invoices — equipment, supplier and contractor invoices related to procurement.
* Report Generation:
o Generate reports for customers and internal use, including outcomes, productivity, BI tool data, and Workcover/Insurer statistics.
o Review reports to maintain a high level of customer service, such as monitoring unallocated cases.
* Project and Specific Task Management:
o Undertake project work as assigned by the Team Leader and state/regional manager, e.g., case management system rollouts.

Qualifications and Skills

* Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable, however not essential.
* Superior customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of office administration.
* Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with various programs and systems.
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong planning and organising capabilities.
