High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking a Mobilisation Officer to join our Wangara based team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ongoing travel arrangements for white-and-blue-collar employees
- Facilitate seamless mobilisation and demobilisation, coordinating end to end tasks
- Managing flight and accommodation queries
- Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors
- Check, manage and update labour lists
- Update employee, shutdown and project information on applicable databases
- Coordination io onboarding inductions, training and DAS (Drug & Alcohol) screenings
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Site Mobilisation Administration
- Proactive, punctual and reliable team player
- Robust client liaison skills
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Strong attention to detail including good verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel (Intermediate usage)
- Right to work in Australia
