We're looking for a creative, energetic, and hands‐on Marketing & Content Creator to make content their full‐time focus. From photographing products and filming large‐scale healthcare projects to capturing behind‐the‐scenes team moments and producing engaging social media content, this role is all about bringing the Unicare story to life.
No two days will look the same. One day you might be filming a world class healthcare product, the next you could be photographing a multi‐million dollar hospital installation, interviewing a clinician, editing a reel, writing a blog, or producing long‐form YouTube content.
About the Role
We are seeking a full‐time Marketing & Content Creator to join our cheerful and creative marketing team.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping how Australia perceives the Unicare brand across social media, video, photography, websites, campaigns, and digital communications.
Your ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media
* Reels: Creating engaging behind‐the‐scenes content, product highlights, customer stories, and project showcases
* Short form video: Filming, editing, and publishing short‐form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
* Long form video: Directing/Producing long‐form YouTube content that showcases our products, services, expertise, and company culture
* Photography: Directing/Photographing staff, events, products, healthcare projects, and installations
* Copy: Writing captions, scripts, blogs, website copy, EDM content, and campaign communications
* Management: Managing and contributing to content calendars and campaign planning
Events & Project Coverage
* Attending Unicare events, conferences, expos, and healthcare projects to capture photo and video content
* Coordinating and managing professional product photography and videography shoots when necessary
* Supporting pre‐shoot planning, onsite coordination, and creative direction
* Directing and working with external creative partners when larger productions are required
Brand & Marketing Support
* Working closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, SEO priorities, and brand strategy
* Maintaining strong brand consistency across all content and communications
* Creating polished, professional visual content for social media, websites, campaigns, and sales tools
* Staying ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles
* Using AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflow, efficiency, and content output
About You
You're creative, proactive, highly organised, and absolutely love creating content that engages, informs, and inspires.
You have 3‐5+ years of professional e‐commerce and social media experience for a national brand across key social platforms.
You're the kind of person who notices good lighting, thinks in reels, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and enjoys turning everyday moments into engaging content.
You're confident behind the camera and comfortable stepping in front of it.
You enjoy variety, can manage multiple projects at once, and take pride in producing polished work that makes a premium brand stand out.

Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience creating engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand communications
* Strong photography and videography skills, including shooting and editing content for digital channels
* Experience producing and editing short‐form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, InDesign), or equivalent creative tools
* Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and written communication skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels
* Strong content planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Understanding of social media best practices, content trends, and platform‐specific requirements
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‐functional teams
* Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
* Ability to work full‐time from our Bentley office
Highly Regarded
* Strong understanding of the commercial realities of marketing and its critical role in driving business growth, building customer trust, and delivering measurable outcomes.
* Experience using AI‐powered content creation and productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe AI)
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
* Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices
* Experience using EDM platforms such as Mailchimp
* Experience coordinating photography and videography shoots, including concept development, shot planning, talent coordination, and on‐site direction
* Experience creating content within healthcare, allied health, medical device, disability, aged care, or related industries
* Basic graphic design skills and an understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity
* Experience analysing content performance and using insights to optimise future campaigns
