Position Overview
We have just mobilised 4×new camps in Central Queensland and have exciting opportunities for experienced Catering Supervisors to join our teams in the Middlemount and Moura region. This role is 14 days on, 7 days off and is drive-in, drive-out; therefore locals are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for leading a team within our catering department to ensure optimal service delivery and comply with our contractual obligations.
* You will be a driven individual able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results.
* This is a hands‐on role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
* Commercial kitchen experience (hotel, mining or resort environment preferable).
* Ability to lead a successful team and have a robust sense of ownership and responsibility for the team's overall performance.
* Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures.
