We are currently on the lookout for experienced and passionate hospitality leader to join the hotel team as a **Front Office Supervisor.**
In this role, you will be overseeing the operation of Front Desk to ensure that there is a smooth check in and check out process and that all guests receive the highest level of personalised service. Being a part of the Front Office team, there will be a strong level of communication and collaboration involved with other business areas such as Concierge, Housekeeping and Bell Services to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Working very closely with your Front Office Attendant team, as a Supervisor there will be a focus on coaching, mentoring and developing the team and placing an emphasis on the workplace culture to develop an inclusive and supportive working environment.
**Key selection criteria**:
- Established experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Experience in guiding and mentoring a team
- Ability to anticipate the needs of guests & promptly manage any guest enquiries
- Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to work a 24/7 roster including weekends
