* Lead from the front in managing and inspiring a growing team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers and driving them to achieve sales targets
* The focus of the role will be to continue the development of our recent graduate brokers in line with our skills development pathway
* Consistently drive results and performance through the provision of hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring, and championing the ongoing development of your team
* Play a key part in shaping the team planning and operational rhythms.
* Be actively involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new brokers within your territory
* Promote and monitor the utilisation of the Aussie Platform within the team to improve customer experience and results.
* Internal Stakeholder engagement primarily with our Associate and Customer Solutions team as well as our salesforce, customer experience and UX teams
* External Stakeholder relationships with our lender partners
