Cottage Academy Early Learning Centre is a family focused, boutique childcare centre in Clayfield offering nurturing care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years with play based and personalised learning. The centre features modern, thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor environments that encourage creativity, exploration and confidence. Role Requirements
* a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* a current and valid Working with Children Check
* a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
* experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
* an ability to interpret curriculum documents
* effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
* Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
