Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team in Melbourne. The role offers the opportunity to contribute towards a well-structured environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Network Endpoint Connectivity under Telecoms and drive LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi transformation along with Cyber and other Telecom platforms.
* Serving Point of Contact (SPOC) for LAN/WAN and SDWAN technology driving designing and responsible for implementation end to end.
* Execution of production support, creating knowledge base, and producing relevant data for trending and analysis purposes.
* Mitigate and record risks early to ensure minimal and/or no impact to project deliveries.
* Evaluate and track operational risk associated with the role.
* Ensure service resilience, service sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met for all the solutions delivered.
* Engage with Vendor engagement and drive continuous improvement, enhancements, Strategy, and Roadmap for the solution.
