About the role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll manage multiple concurrent studies, balancing quotas, suppliers and timelines while maintaining strong control over data accuracy and quality.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring fieldwork is delivered on time, within quota and error-free.
Key responsibilities
* Manage sample, quotas and fieldwork delivery across multiple projects
* Reconcile completes, quotas and supplier delivery
* Monitor fieldwork performance and resolve quality issues
* Provide sample feasibility and forecasting input
* Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers
* Apply QA processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
About you
* Experience in market research operations, sample, fieldwork or panel management
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and quotas concurrently
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation)
* Confident working with data and performance metrics
* Highly organised, deadline-driven and solutions-focused
