Position Summary: Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for managing the effective coordination & execution of meetings, events and wedding functions Generate and manage Banquet Event Orders for upcoming functions, meetings, conferences and events, ensuring the team focus on attention to detail Oversee Banquet set ups prior to commencement of events and functions Lead the like-minded Sales team to provide a quality of service and exceed guest expectations Act as a Ritz Carlton ambassador and embody our exceptional service values Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving guest loyalty by creating unforgettable memories through each guest experience Work closely with the Catering and Sales team to maximise all potential business leads.
