About the role
- Sales Order data entry for allocated Customer accounts
- Reporting on the order status of spare parts
- Assisting customers with tracking the delivery status of spare parts
- Maintenance of Customer Master Data
- Returns/Credits/CAR's
- Cash Sale EFTPOS transactions
- Assisting Finance with invoice queries
- Assisting Sales teams with Pricing, On time Delivery reporting
- Price management
- Administration
About you- Previous experience in a combined customer service and administration role- Experience in Sales Administration (Highly Desirable)- Experience using Microsoft Outlook- Possess a positive can-do attitude- Experience using SAP or Ariba (Highly Desirable) Ability to prioritise multiple requires and time manage your tasks- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
