Job Summary – (Role Summary)

As a key member of the ECOVACS ANZ marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns that elevate brand voice, visibility, and loyalty across Australia and New Zealand.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated mid–senior marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, confidently translating global brand direction into locally relevant creative, messaging, and campaign assets. Working closely with agency partners, you will deliver end-to-end brand and influencer programs while guiding the digital narrative to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong in-market performance.

Being the key brand custodian for ANZ, you will lead localisation efforts, shape product and category storytelling, and ensure campaigns land effectively across all consumer touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the ANZ Head of Marketing and HQ teams to drive integrated brand execution that supports NPI launches, seasonal campaigns, and growth across emerging categories.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:

Brand Marketing

* Lead the localisation, adaptation, and deployment of all ANZ brand assets across campaigns, NPIs, and seasonal moments.
* Plan and execute ANZ brand campaigns with strong brand messaging, creativity, and market relevance.
* Serve as key contact with HQ on brand alignment, approvals, key visuals, and messaging localisation.
* Maintain brand & campaign asset library and sharing
* Support planning and tracking of ANZ marketing budgets and internal financial processes.
* Provide regular reporting on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, influencer activity, and digital metrics.

Product Launches & Promotional Periods

* Support the development of integrated marketing plans for NPIs and promotional campaigns across PR, digital and paid media.
* Lead execution of NPI plans with agencies, managing timelines, creative approvals, asset readiness, and local deployment with oversight from the Head of Marketing
* Ensure agency partner KPIs, timelines, and deliverables are met.
* Localise key visuals, product narratives, messaging, and claims for ANZ.
* Work with HQ Brand, GTM, and Sales to align sell-in materials and partner requirements.
* Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and campaign performance to inform future executions.

Digital Marketing & Influencer/KOL

* Guide the ANZ social media strategy and content calendar to ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling.
* Oversee influencer/KOL campaigns via the agency—setting KPIs, reviewing content, and monitoring performance.
* Provide direction on digital creative, paid media assets, and channel optimisation.
* Review digital reporting with agencies and provide insights to enhance effectiveness and ROI.

Retail & Partner Marketing Support

* Localise product messaging and provide assets to channel partners across JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Officeworks, Big W, NZ retailers, and distributors.
* Support retailer-led digital, onsite, and social campaigns with brand-aligned assets.
* Ensure brand consistency across retailer dotcom, POS, merchandising, and brand presence touchpoints.

Qualifications

* Minimum 4–6 years' experience in brand, digital, or integrated marketing within CE, consumer tech, lifestyle, or agency environments.
* Strong interest in smart home innovation and robotics categories, with an ability to stay up-to-date on market trends within ANZ.
* Experience in brand marketing, messaging localisation, creative adaptation, and campaign execution across multiple consumer touchpoints.
* Experience in marketing communications, digital/social, KOL/influencer programs, and agency management.
* Able to work effectively within a team, demonstrating a proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset—especially when operating independently or under pressure.
* Familiar with cross-functional teams and working with multi-market or HQ-led stakeholders is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to brief, align, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Planning capability with analytical skills to support decisions with data and insights.
* Familiarity with ANZ retail environments and experience supporting new product launches with on/offline retailers and partners.
* Mandarin is an advantage but not essential.
