Business Manager / Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant Join a Growing Automotive Group We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Manager / Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant to join Caloundra GWM. This is a unique hybrid role combining vehicle finance and insurance (F&I), aftermarket sales, and customer care responsibilities. Previous automotive experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has a strong retail, sales, customer service, banking, finance, hospitality, or relationship management background. About the Role In this role you will work closely with our sales team and customers to: Present finance and insurance options to vehicle purchasers Promote vehicle protection products and aftermarket accessories Assist customers through the vehicle delivery process Maintain strong customer relationships before and after delivery Conduct customer follow-up and retention activities Ensure all finance and compliance documentation is completed accurately Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the ownership journey What We’re Looking For Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, banking, finance, insurance, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and a positive attitude Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Strong administration and organisational skills Confidence working towards targets and KPIs Current driver’s licence Automotive, finance, or aftermarket experience is highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
