Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Respond to customer queries and provide clear, accurate details about products
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Manage service requests and ensure prompt follow-up
- Work closely with service and admin teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Dealership experience in an accounting workplace
- Strong DMS experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
