Overview
Established in 2017, Active Attitudes Sports & Wellness Clinics facilitates in‐term, after school and vacation care programs for primary students. Our mission to 'encourage ACTIVE bodies, while nurturing ACTIVE minds' guides us in enabling future generations with the skills and tools required for a greater balance in wellbeing. With over fifteen years in the industry, we recognize that traditional sport isn't always the first stop for many children, so we work with our school partners to incorporate other facets of health and wellbeing into our primary programs.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate sessions during school holidays (2026 Winter School Holidays in June/July).
Qualifications & Requirements
* You must hold a Working with Children (or equivalent) check.
* You must have proven work experience in sports coaching, OSHC, or relevant industries.
* Previous work experience with children is highly desired.
* Currently studying education or holding relevant qualifications is very desirable.
* Enthusiastic energy and a passion for helping kids develop are a MUST!
* Suitable for LSA's/Teachers on break or coaches and players on the off season.
* Must have access to a car to carry equipment to and from sessions.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).
* High School (Year 12) education (preferred).
* Sports coaching experience of at least 3 years (preferred).
* English language proficiency (required).
* Valid Working with Children Check (BlueCard) (required).
* Eligible for work in Australia (required).
Job Details
* Job Type: Casual.
* Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour.
* Perks: Travel reimbursement.
* Location: In person, Brisbane QLD (must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work).
