We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Consultant to play a key role in our outbound telephone sales team in Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build strong, trusted relationships with customers to elevate their service experience
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Meet sales targets and KPIs
* Stay sharp on product knowledge and market trends
* Support our field sales team with key account management
* Collaborate with Customer Care & Field Sales to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
* Keep customer records accurate and up to date
What You'll Bring
* A passion for customer service with experience in phone‐based sales (corporate environment preferred)
* Some experience working in the dental industry (a plus)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident negotiator with a persuasive edge
* Curiosity about data and how it can inform sales trends and opportunities within your customer group
* Tech‐savvy: proficiency in MS Office and strong Excel skills
* Self‐starter, team player, resilient, and eager to learn
