Foster engagement and productivity as a Corporate Receptionist in a corporate office.
Responsibilities
Oversee seamless meeting room and booking coordination, incoming call management, event coordination using specific event management software, audio visual support, key & lock services, general administrative duties, and act as the ultimate communicator to guests and clients.
Qualifications
* Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights.
* Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check.
Demonstrated experience within a similar role/industry or strong customer service background; ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues; self‐managed; work cooperatively and collaboratively; flexible approach under pressure.
