As a key member of our team, this role is responsible for shaping and executing the sales and marketing strategy that underpins our growth.
You will inspire and empower your team to exceed sales targets, strengthen customer experience, and elevate our brand presence across all markets. A critical part of the role includes contributing to the design and development of upcoming market trends, working closely with our design and drafting teams to create new, innovative floor plans and modern facades tailored to different geographical locations and buyer demographics.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver strategic business objectives and results that contribute to the success of the organization
* Inspire and empower the sales teams success through achievement of goals, targets and professional development
* Lead the implementation of a geographically scalable sales strategy with standardized structure, processes and systems
* Project planning and design contributions to ensure products and services are tailored to match strategy, markets and targeted consumers
* Enhance customer experiences with proactive communication and positive engagement actions and processes
* Performance of sales & customer experience services, projects, programs, budgets, and administration
* Engagement, coordination and relationship management with external sales distribution channels and networks
Requirements
* +5 years of successful industry experience in a management or leadership role.
* Experienced use of industry leading systems and programs like Framework, Propertyshell, HubSpot, Office 365, or similar.
* Travel is an essential and regular requirement to support the team and the distribution network.
* Experienced in applying extensive industry knowledge to strategy implementation, to grow and scale sales distribution performance.
* A culture-focused leader highly experienced in managing, developing, and integrating high-performing teams within the Home Building industry or Similar.
