What role will you play?

The Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team within Aggregate Risk & Prudential plays a critical role in advancing Macquarie's crisis preparedness in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Focused on meeting key obligations under CPS 190, CPS 900, and APS 910, the team drives the design and implementation of robust recovery, resolution, and financial contingency frameworks.

By partnering with stakeholders across the organization, the role enhances resilience through seamless integration of regulatory reforms into day-to-day operations, while delivering end-to-end initiatives and actionable insights that support senior leadership decision-making.

With a strong emphasis on analytical rigor and regulatory engagement, including collaboration with APRA, this position ensures Macquarie remains well-positioned to navigate complex challenges with confidence and agility.

* Proven experience in financial services, with exposure to risk management, legal, group treasury, and compliance functions.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
